The ticket machine didn't print anything. How do I know if I was charged?

The best thing to do is to watch your bank account. If a TriMet charge clears your account, please call us at 503-238-7433 to report the problem. (Be prepared to provide the ticket machine number, date and time.)

In many cases, what looks like a charge on your account is just a temporary hold on the funds, and will eventually disappear.
